Reading Christmas Morning LO using FP Winterland

Today I created a layout using Fancy Pants Winterland collection
that you can find at the STORE of my Lauren reading Christmas morning.
~Music to my (librarian) ears!

I "borrowed" the layout from a Basic Grey/Sizzix kit guessing measurements and adding and taking away some elements.

I added some wild (and crazy) machine stitching with brown thread. I additionally added some tin buttons using the collections paper that I created myself.  The title was created using letter included in your collection.

Layout | Fancy Pants Love Story

Hi again! Today I am sharing a two page layout that I created for Happy N Scrappin'

The Fancy Pants Love Story has the perfect color combination for my picture. I just really love when my paper and pictures match.  Okay, so there is no green on the PP, that  is why I tried to cover Jasmine's green shirt with the title, this way the focal point is not there.

This is layout #3 included on your Fancy Pants layout kit. If you noticed, I flipped the design to accomodate my picture. Remember that you receive everything you need to create 2 one page layout and 1 two page layout. You are not litimed to follow the instructions included, you can change, add or take away to suit your taste.  But, if you decided to follow the instructions included, you end up with a beautiful layout!

 All designs/cuts were cut with my cutting machine -- the notebook edge was created with a punch.

Added some twine and machine stitching

Button is included in your layout kit.

I used one of the journal cards included on your kit to print my entry using Photoshop Elements. Added a Tim Holtz mini paper clip, and a label from Mr. Tim Holtz again to enter the date. (see top right side of LO).

In The Garden Layout - FP Winterland

Today I created a layout of my Lauren in the garden using the
Fancy Pants Winterland Collection that you can find at the STORE

I love that I was able to use the FP Winterland for a Summer themed layout
(we do not get much [none] snow here unless we travel to it..)
I love love this picture of Lauren...

I cut two "dove tailed" banners (a popular trend) and placed them 6" from top--

I stamped the tag with a regular date stamper that you can find at your local office supply store.
Added twine and stapled to my layout using the Tim Holtz tiny attacher.  The butterfly is from a MS punch.

The title and flowers were cut using a die cutting machine.

I spritz some perfect pearls to my title.  I finished it off with some twine and buttons from the Fancy Pants St. Nick's Collection - they matched perfectly!
