Grandma's House LO | SEI Desert Spring Collection

Hi Gaby here sharing a layout I created using
the SEI Desert Spring Collection

I just love this picture of my grand daughters.  They were having breakfast before boarding the airplane to come spend the summer with me!

I cut my title with my cutting machine 3 times to give it depth and spritzed it to give it some shimmer.
I added machine stitching, but remember that if you do not own a sewing machine or prefer not to use it, Happy N Scrappin' carries the We R Memory Keepers Sew Easy Piercing Tool and Accessories HERE

SEI Vanilla Sunshine LO

Gaby here stopping by to share a layout with a twist created using the SEI Vanilla Sunshine Collection. Why do I say a twist?  Well, I decided to add the card I had posted HERE on my layout.  I don't know if I had mentioned before but I am helping a friend with her first grand baby's first year's album.

And here is the simple layout...
The pictures is not the best but it is the baby's first picture! Actually iphones are producing pretty good photos this days!
I decided to use the fun letters in the Vanilla Sunshine Collection to document Dash's vitals.
Here a close up of the letters and the glitter and shine they have (note how this paper shines so pretty too).

Fancy Pants Winterland LO

Happy Tuesday Happy N Scrappin' fans,
Gaby here with a layout using Fancy Pants Winterland Collection

This is my cousin Brittany and her daughter Aubrey.  Yesterday she shared on Facebook these pictures and thought they were perfect for the Fancy Pants Winterland Collection (I have not seen snow this year).
My pictures are not too clear since she shared at a low quality on FB and I downloaded them from there...

I cut a chevron (one of the trends right now right along hexagons and the coming triangles) to match Aubrey's jacket, and die cut the snowflake, journal cards/notes and heart border (hearts are also seen on Aubrey's jacket).

I also wanted to share a bit about Project Life.  If you have been thinking about it and cannot get the items or want to save money, You can get items to get you started over at the [STORE ]
I am using the Basic Grey album and some protectors from the store are well.  In addition, if you did not know you can use 3x4" cards as journal or spacer cards.  Most Fancy Pants and other collections come with a sheet of journal cards that you can cut and use just like I used here:
Above you can see that to match my layout previously shared HERE, I used some of the included cards on the FP Love Story collection, while others I just "decorated" with scraps or cut from left over PP.

Be Mine LO | Fancy Pants Love Story

Gaby here wishing you a
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY

Today I am sharing a layout that I created using the left over pieces from the Fancy Pants Love Story Layout Kit that you can find over at the STORE

All I added was a punched butterfly and some twine (not in kit)
Each kit includes 2 single page layouts and 1 two page spread. These kits include easy to follow instructions and extra product for use on other projects.

Here is layout #3 or the two page spread:
...one this layout I changed the position and added a few embellishments created with my cutting machine.

This is layout #1
...on this layout instead of placing pictures as suggested I made it into a pocket layout by stitching around so that my grand daughter can add her Valentine's cards she will be receiving today... and it will be looking something like this:
And finally layout #2
--------

Hope you have a wonderful day today with  your loved ones!  ~Gaby
