Beach Baby by Fancy Pants Design LO

Good Tuesday Happy N Scrappin' Visitors!!
This is Gaby with a layout using Beach Babe

I created this layout using the Beach Babe Collection by Fancy Pants Designs
that you can find over at Happy N Scrappin'

 For the flowers, I used several of the collections flowers, layered them together offsetting them.  After layering them together I applied pressure on the back and twisted them together. I finished by clipping or cutting the tip so that they can lay a bit more flat on my layout.

 I added brads to some of the flowers and below and above my pictures.

 I added some random machine stitching.

 The title reads on top "Splish" and at the bottom "Splash I Was Having Some Fun!
This is my Lauren having the time of her life playing with the water ground fountain!

Birthday LO with Doodlebug Design!

Hi! this time I created a fun layout with papers that are suggested for a boy, but for a girl!
It was my grand daughter's birthday and my niece brought her balloons, cake and a gift.
When I saw the red balloons on the pictures, I thought, perfect!
...and with no cutting machine.

I can see that I misspelled the word balloon, but have since fixed.

I added a couple of brads, used a couple of punches and added some stitching.

The embellishments I used and journal tags are from the collection that you can find at the STORE

End of School Layout with SEI Monsterville

Hi, this is Gaby with a layout created with an almost forgotten
SEI Monsterville Collection!
Can you believe that? all these beautiful bright colors on a collection some might
think is just for Halloween. You can find this collection over at the STORE

Today I created a two page layout of my grand daughter's last day of school

 Using a masking technique, I used the star and stamped it on the D

Below I used the stamp A+

I am  entering this layout on the Cricut Circle Magazine and Monthly challenge.
With the exception of the black and white card stock ALL paper is from The
SEI Monsterville collection available over at Happy N Scrappin'

 Most cuts are from the Pop-Up Neighborhood cartridge (Circle exclusive)
(exception: 2nd grade and medal from Locker Talk and "end of" from the Simply Charmed)

Fancy Pants Beach Babe Layout

Hi! this is me, Gaby from GabyCreates just stopping by to share a layout I created using the Fancy Pants Beach Babe Collection

I created a layout of my grand daughter.
Doesn't she just look like a beautiful model? (OK, grandma talking here!)

 I used one of the collection's adhesive tags to create my journal tag.  I just adhered to a piece or cardstock and trimmed around and added some twine to pull out. (twine from MME Lime Twist Collection).

I additionally distress the edges of the journal tag with Tim Holtz' white dabber to match the already distressed look of the paper.

Fancy Pants Baby Mine

Hi this is Gaby and today I created this layout using the Fancy Pants Baby Mine Collection that you can find over at the  Happy N Scrappin STORE   just click {HERE}

This layout is very special because a very dear friend of mine and fellow teacher asked me if I would help her create a scrapbook for her only daughter's baby and her first grandchild!!... after a bit of conversation I offered to create it for her starting with her daughter's pregnancy.  (and the price you might ask? I said I worked for praise, to which she replied: "and a bit of dark chocolate?... she knows me so well! LOL).Here is a closer look at how I used the dabbers to give the title a distress look.

I used my Cricut and several Cricut cartridges including the Phrases one for the title.
