Bumper Car LO using SEI A Fair Day

Hi! this is Gaby with another layout using
 the SEI A Fair Day Collection to create this layout!
A collection you can find over at Happy N Scrappin' Store

I cut strips of several of the collection papers and stitched them to a 12x12 paper from the same A Fair Day collection.  The journal file and the rosettes were cut using a Tim Holtz/Sizzix dies.

I used vellum to print and than cut the journal file. And Photoshop to arrange Jasmine's pictures.
